Emergency Hotline as a Communication Bridge
During
the World Alpine Ski Championships, held in St. Anton in 2001, ASI
Tirol established an Emergency Hotline staffed by a highly trained
information team. Four Remote WinSet workplaces were installed at
the Office of ASI Tirol in Landeck. Another WinSet workplace was
set up at the Official Emergency Center in St. Anton. Additional
50 Call Center workplaces were operated on a stand-by basis in the
Tyrolese capital of Innsbruck.
This Emergency Hotline Service is made available to Local Authorities,
Organizations and Companies in combination with the ESIS
Emergency Information System. To this end ASI Tirol has entered
into an alliance with Heinz Brunner of CLC (Integrated Customer
